Lay’s Comes to Vietnam

Both the Poca and Lay’s brands belong to the PepsiCo group.
– Poca is a local brand, established in Vietnam in 2006, used for potato chips, multi-flavored snacks, and fish skin coated peanut snacks.
– Lay’s is an international brand, used for all potato chip products worldwide.

In 2019, PepsiCo Foods Vietnam decided to change the Poca potato chip product line to the Lay’s brand in order to share the same name as potato chips around the world, as well as to elevate Vietnam to stand alongside other countries where Lay’s is present.
